Responsibilities

Design, develop, and own core components of a Kubernetes-based private cloud AI platform.
Translate feature specifications into designs, implementation plans, and production-ready code.
Build and evolve scalable, reliable, and secure backend services and controllers in Golang.
Debug and resolve complex cross-layer issues involving applications, Kubernetes, CNI, CSI drivers, and external storage.
Drive CI/CD practices for deploying and managing cloud-native services.
Provide code reviews, guidance, and technical leadership to less experienced team members.
Contribute to architecture discussions and evaluate and integrate new platform technologies.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver solutions in a hybrid team environment.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 7 years of professional experience in cloud or platform engineering roles.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerized systems, CNI, CSI, and PV/PVC lifecycle management.
Experience with infrastructure layers including Linux, servers, GPUs, storage, and networking.
Advanced programming skills in Golang, Python, and shell scripting.
Strong understanding of Linux, storage, and security fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with Git, GNU Make, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and managed cloud services.
Familiarity with databases and storage systems such as Postgres, Redis, and object storage.
Experience with Cert-Manager, Istio, Kyverno, MetalLB, and Prometheus.
Working knowledge of KVM virtualization.
Experience with application backup and restore tools such as Velero and Kasten.
Experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
Experience creating AI agents or using agent-based engineering workflows.
