Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build real-time trajectory generation and decision-making for autonomous flight.
- Design collision avoidance and large-scale multi-agent planning.
- Tackle joint optimization across safety, energy, time, and reliability.
- Plan in uncertain environments with complex dynamics.
- Extend the autonomy stack for new aircraft and payloads.
- Prove systems before flight using simulation and validation techniques.
- Mine real fleet data to validate safety metrics and improve models.
- Continuously reduce cost and latency while raising reliability.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience building software for safety-critical systems.
- Strong programming skills in Rust/C++/C for real-time, fault-tolerant code.
- Depth in planning and search algorithms, trajectory optimization, or multi-agent deconfliction.
- Hands-on experience with simulation at scale and metrics-driven validation.
- Evidence of shipping production-grade autonomy through challenging conditions.
- Ability to collaborate closely with perception, controls, and flight operations.
