Base Salary
$186k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for the design, development, optimization, and expansion of the Identity platform.
- Lead the technical roadmap for the Kubernetes platform and architect centralized IAM solutions for enterprise-scale needs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance the Common Identity platform.
- Drive professional development and growth initiatives for team members.
- Design and optimize global load-balancing, Kubernetes ingress, identity, and zero-downtime deployment capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on application architecture and development experience using Java, including enterprise Security or Networking products.
- Expert knowledge of Enterprise Java, object-oriented programming and analysis, systems architecture, RESTful APIs, Hibernate, and Spring.
- Expert knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP, including massive-scale Kubernetes cluster orchestration.
- Deep experience designing and optimizing automated CI/CD pipelines using technologies such as GitOps, ArgoCD, Jenkins, and GitLab CI.
- Expertise with Global Server Load Balancing, cloud load balancers, Kubernetes Ingress Controllers, PKI, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.
- Preferred experience building identity platforms or hyperscale Kubernetes platforms.
- Preferred ability to use AI technologies and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
