Responsibilities
- Translate business and user requirements into technical requirements, systems designs, algorithms, and software solutions.
- Design, code, compile, test, refine, and implement complete information systems and supporting databases.
- Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Manage deployment, release, integration, production implementation, and post-implementation support activities.
- Investigate program errors and assist with resolving issues identified during integration and testing.
- Support production code sets and implementations in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements.
- Document development procedures, technical specifications, operational tasks, and post-implementation reviews.
- Consult with internal clients and collaborate with platform, development, technical, and geographically distributed teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.
- Seasoned experience deploying software solutions to clients in an outsourced or similar IT environment.
- Seasoned programming and software development experience in multi-team environments across multiple geographies.
- Seasoned knowledge of multi-technology application design, development and platform engineering, automation tooling, source code repositories, deployment, and release management.
- Advanced knowledge of designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to understand complete application environments, including hardware platforms, applications, databases, operating systems, and storage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, communication, organization, teamwork, and client-focused skills.
- Relevant DevOps, cloud platform, scripting, programming, and Agile-related certifications are preferred.
