Base Salary
$187k - $233k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data pipelines for the ETL platform.
- Write typesafe Ruby and Rails code with Sorbet.
- Build performant Kotlin microservices and manage Spark clusters.
- Participate in on-call rotation to diagnose and fix performance issues.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance data pipeline features.
Requirements
- Expertise in at least one interpreted language such as Python or Ruby on Rails.
- Expertise in at least one compiled language such as C++, Kotlin, or Java.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, with experience in data warehousing preferred.
- Proven experience in system integration, including API development.
- Familiarity with cloud providers like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience being on-call.
