Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Design, code, test, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support software installation, upgrades, interface changes, and hardware-software interface evaluations.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, reports, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project, functional, engineering, and client teams on requirements, progress, delivery, and issue resolution.
- Respond to customer requests, capture feedback, track faults, and support customer satisfaction.
- Maintain current skills through continuing education, training, programming-language learning, and certifications.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory skill: Network Operations - Utilities.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, documenting, and maintaining software programs.
- Ability to analyze requirements, investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
- Ability to develop and execute software validation tests and troubleshoot defects.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
