Base Salary
$145k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the security posture of Palantir's DLP estate, including policy architecture and classification standards.
- Audit and remediate misconfigured policies and coverage gaps to reduce data exposure risk.
- Evaluate and configure data protection tooling across endpoint, network, and cloud vectors.
- Build and maintain automation for data security operations, including policy tuning and alert triage.
- Partner with Identity, Infrastructure, and Legal teams to drive architectural improvements.
- Translate findings from assessments and incident investigations into durable fixes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on security experience focused on data loss prevention or insider threat programs.
- Deep knowledge of DLP architecture, including endpoint agents and network inspection.
- Experience investigating data exfiltration across various channels.
- Proficiency in Python or a scripting language for detection development and policy automation.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- A portfolio showcasing policies designed, detections written, and investigations led.
