Base Salary

Responsibilities

Support Account Executives with technical discovery of customer needs and existing system environments.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that communicate Trustpilot’s value, flexibility, and ROI.
Configure and present standard solutions addressing customer pain points and business goals.
Manage proof-of-concept and pilot programs to validate functional requirements and technical impact.
Answer technical questions, resolve blockers, and advise customers throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams on solution integrity and handoff.
Maintain documentation for proposed solutions and integration requirements.
Capture recurring customer feedback and insights to inform product development.

Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Technical Support, or Implementation.
Proficiency in web technologies, including APIs, JavaScript, and standard SaaS integration methods.
Ability to explain technical features clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage technical tasks across multiple active sales opportunities.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with Sales and Customer Success colleagues.

Base salary of $79,900-$93,000 gross per year plus a competitive commission structure.
