Base Salary
$140k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product designers to design new features and user experiences.
- Implement modular, reusable React components from Figma designs.
- Build complex, flexible, and performant interactions with CSS.
- Prototype animations and micro-interactions through code.
- Partner with frontend engineers to connect frontend logic with visual design.
- Maintain a high level of polish across Vetcove’s desktop and mobile applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- Professional experience building a successful production application using React.
- Several years of experience with React and current React features.
- Strong CSS skills, including complex interaction implementation.
- Demonstrated attention to visual detail and passion for design and interaction trends.
- A portfolio or set of frontend components and designs that can be shared.
- Passion for pets is a plus but is not required.
