Responsibilities
- Own, build, and run a startup, potentially in the Agentic AI field.
- Take full responsibility for scaling the startup to €100M+ in revenue.
- Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
- Build a sales force or marketing engine with programme support.
- Recruit talent using the organisation’s network of more than 50,000 professionals.
- Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
- Be willing to take full responsibility for building and scaling your own startup.
- Have excellent English communication skills.
