Responsibilities
- Work with key partners to build out their Stripe capabilities and solutions.
- Develop and execute enablement plans.
- Engage in technical discussions and solution deep-dives with partners.
- Share technology roadmaps and define solution strategies with technical leads.
- Communicate success internally through quarterly business reviews.
- Provide guidance during the partner sales process.
- Educate the Stripe sales team on partner solutions.
- Advocate for key partners within sales regions.
- Collaborate on technical content to demonstrate implementation best practices.
- Provide partner-focused guidance on Stripe’s products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
- Experience co-selling and co-solutioning with go-to-market partners.
- Strong executive engagement skills and ability to build credibility.
- Effective group-facilitation skills for leading customer meetings.
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn Stripe solutions like Payments and Billing.
- Understanding of how various applications interact in an enterprise ecosystem.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strategic thinker who can proactively identify challenges.
