Base Salary
$108k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts in your territory.
- Understand customers' goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs.
- Build and maintain value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
- Participate in all phases of planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
- Demonstrate the value of Elastic products in sales meetings and events.
- Advise the sales team on effective positioning of Elastic products and services.
- Onboard and educate partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
- Craft collateral and collaborate with colleagues to meet client needs.
- Communicate customer and community needs to engineering and leadership teams.
- Enhance sales and technical skills through professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technology solutions, architecture, or consulting.
- Professional experience with cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- 6+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, or related domains.
- Implementation experience with SaaS platforms using web technologies.
- Proven success in a technical presales role.
- Ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
- Passion for continuous learning and curiosity.
- History of successful customer relations and problem-solving.
- Ability to influence and inspire groups.
- Willingness to travel 40% within the region and occasionally internationally.
