Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end Celonis solution architectures for complex enterprise deployments across multiple processes, business units, and geographies.
  • Define secure, scalable technical blueprints integrating the Celonis platform with customer systems, data strategies, and transformation goals.
  • Make architectural trade-off decisions and own solution quality, design reviews, production readiness, and outcome delivery across engagements.
  • Design AI-agent workflows, validation checkpoints, quality gates, reusable specifications, and delivery patterns for Apollo and other AI-augmented workflows.
  • Advise strategic customers and executive stakeholders, translate business challenges into platform strategies, support pre-sales, and shape project scope.
  • Collaborate with Deployment Engineers on complex implementations and early-stage products while maintaining feedback loops with Product and Engineering.
  • Develop domain-specific solution patterns, reference architectures, best practices, and standardized high-value use cases.
  • Contribute to hiring, interviewing, mentoring, internal enablement, documentation, community leadership, and broader practice development.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership within enterprise software, consulting firms, or system integrators.
  • At least 3 years in a senior or lead technical role with multi-stakeholder responsibility on large-scale projects at tier-1 organizations.
  • Proven ability to design complex multi-component solutions spanning data integration, process intelligence, automation, and AI, with strong enterprise architecture judgment.
  • Expert-level Celonis platform knowledge, including the Process Intelligence Graph, data modeling, advanced PQL, automation and orchestration engine, and AI modules.
  • Working knowledge of Python and demonstrated experience with AI-augmented delivery workflows, context engineering, multi-agent systems, or AI validation at scale.
  • Deep expertise in at least one process domain or industry vertical and the ability to turn it into scalable solution patterns and customer advice.
  • Track record of trusted-advisor relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders, strategic presentations, architectural decision defense, and navigating complex IT environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills across technical and business audiences, including workshops, design sessions, and strategic reviews.
  • Experience mentoring technical staff, setting quality standards, and developing organizational capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
