Base Salary
$121k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write, pair on, decompose, and deliver software within an Agile development team.
- Design, document, develop, and maintain enterprise full-stack applications.
- Build front-end interfaces with React, HTML5, and CSS and back-end services and APIs with Java or Python.
- Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs and work with service-oriented, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Use Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for service orchestration.
- Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, defect resolution, and application performance analysis.
- Develop and automate unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, technical standards, software architecture, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical leadership while managing delivery risks and bottlenecks.
- Use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve development workflows and propose AI-informed product approaches.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Java, React or another JavaScript framework, Spring Boot, and Oracle.
- Knowledge of modern application architecture, data structures, and object-oriented principles using Java.
- Experience with AI tools, microservices, event-driven services, cloud-native development, REST, and GraphQL.
- Full-stack experience developing front-end and back-end web application components.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS, Java, Python or similar server-side technologies, SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database systems.
- Experience designing and implementing high-performance RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools, Maven or Gradle, Docker, Jenkins, and OpenShift.
- AWS experience is considered a significant advantage.
- Experience with Agile development, JIRA, automated testing, and GitHub Enterprise.

- Base salary range of $120,800.00 to $170,800.00 per year.
