Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a high-throughput Cash & Intraday Liquidity Management platform for global users.
- Design and deliver highly available, fault-tolerant distributed systems across multiple geographic regions and regulatory jurisdictions.
- Develop microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, cloud-native deployments, and full-stack platform capabilities.
- Embed LLM tooling and AI coding assistants into engineering workflows and platform development.
- Lead hands-on design reviews, code reviews, code quality checks, and technical decision-making.
- Partner with risk, compliance, and infrastructure teams on security controls, disaster recovery, data sovereignty, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with senior business and technology executives while maintaining focus on engineering quality and delivery outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on software engineering experience building enterprise-grade, high-traffic applications.
- Deep proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, with practical experience in microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems using Apache Kafka, IBM MQ, or equivalent messaging platforms.
- Full-stack experience with ReactJS, Java, Spring, Oracle, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, and public cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with JUnit, JMeter, Mockito, Cucumber, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions, including CI/CD and test-driven development practices.
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as CoPilot, Devin, or Claude Code.
- Expertise designing and operating highly available, multi-region distributed systems, including active-active and active-passive topologies, data residency controls, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance architecture.
- Payment processing and liquidity management systems experience is highly desirable.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile delivery frameworks.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.

- Primary location full-time salary range is $94,300.00–$141,500.00.
