Base Salary
$145k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement and document solutions based on requirements and architectural guidelines.
- Implement enterprise solutions in collaboration with engineering and delivery teams.
- Participate in system migrations, upgrades, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
- Conduct solution assessments and support proofs of concept or pilots.
- Ensure solutions meet organizational standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and recommend effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with architects to maintain architectural consistency across projects.
- Create technical documentation, diagrams, and deployment guides.
- Provide technical support to delivery teams during implementation.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Lead technical efforts, mentor junior engineers, influence technical strategy, and improve processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of professional technical experience, preferably including 2–4 years in solution design or architecture roles.
- Required experience deploying and implementing Broadcom VMware VCF 9.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise compute, storage, virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, hybrid cloud, distributed systems, and security domains.
- Experience implementing enterprise solutions in real-world client or enterprise environments.
- Experience contributing to technical assessments, designs, proofs of concept, or pilots.
- Relevant professional certifications are preferred, including Broadcom VCF 9 Implementation, Nutanix NPX or NCX-MCI, HPE Master ASE or HPE ASE certifications, Dell Technologies certifications, Cisco UCS Design & Implementation Specialist, PSCP, NCSIE, VMCE, CCTA, or RCSA.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively and consultatively with clients and sales teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments and travel if required.
