Base Salary

$145k - $160k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Implement and document solutions based on defined requirements and architectural guidelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to implement enterprise solutions.
  • Participate in system migrations, upgrades, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
  • Conduct solution assessments and assist with proof of concepts or pilots.
  • Ensure solutions align with organizational standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and recommend effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Architects to ensure architectural consistency across projects.
  • Develop technical documentation, diagrams, and deployment guides for project teams.
  • Provide technical support to delivery teams during implementation.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of professional technical experience, preferably with 2-4 years in solution design or architecture roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of core IT domains including compute platforms, storage solutions, and virtualization platforms.
  • Broadcom VMware VCF deployment/implementation experience required.
  • Experience implementing enterprise solutions in real-world client or enterprise environments.
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting and presenting technical solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in team-based environments with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to travel if required.
