Responsibilities
- Own and deliver features for systems such as Forge, Anduril’s production platform.
- Improve applications through high-quality code contributions and test writing.
- Use frontier AI tooling for development and contribute to local AI harnesses.
- Partner with factory-floor teams to enable high-rate production of Anduril products.
- Participate in an on-call rotation supporting production-floor or equivalent applications.
- Collaborate with systems architecture, software product and design, factory systems, and production digital tools teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering building products.
- Deep expertise in one or more areas of full-stack web development, including backend, frontend, or integration.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with large enterprise applications and platforms requiring high availability.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and web frameworks such as React or NextJS.
- U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled data.
- Experience in hyper-growth or startup-like environments and scaling software development processes is preferred.
- Understanding of ERP, MES, WMS, and CRM systems is preferred.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance is preferred.
- Hands-on manufacturing or assembly-line experience is preferred.
- Experience in financial operations or accounting is preferred.
