Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including plugins, workflows, and client-side customizations.
  • Build and maintain Azure integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
  • Develop interfaces between Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise systems while ensuring data consistency and performance.
  • Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Participate in solution design, technical discussions, testing, code reviews, and adherence to development standards.
  • Build, lead, and coordinate a small development team of approximately 2–5 people, including workload and backlog management.
  • Collaborate with IT Operations on incident analysis, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution.
  • Contribute to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines supporting automated deployments.
  • Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with international cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of application development experience with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Azure integration expertise.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, scripts, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs, Dataverse, and integration patterns.
  • Experience developing interfaces between enterprise systems, ideally including SAP environments.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, REST APIs, and JSON.
  • Power Platform experience with Power Apps and Power Automate is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, ideally using Azure DevOps.
  • Experience leading or coordinating a small team and supporting team members.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and quality-focused skills.
  • Experience working in international and agile environments.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish or German language skills are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 15%.
