Responsibilities
- Implement ServiceNow solutions across global locations and provide technical expertise in ITAM, HAM, and SAM.
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations and platform-based technical solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS.
- Perform component integration testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and support quality delivery.
- Translate business requirements into standardized ServiceNow processes and solution designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in design and code reviews, and provide technical recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, ITSM, and integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow asset management processes, best practices, and modules including ITOM or CSM.
- Strong understanding of ITAM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules and ITIL knowledge.
- Hands-on ServiceNow scripting experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS.
- Mandatory ServiceNow SPM certification.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work in a global delivery environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
