Base Salary
$240k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ramp on service layout, CI/CD, observability, and engineering practices.
- Ship a small feature slice or quality-of-life improvement in one service.
- Take ownership of a service or capability across the product.
- Lead medium-scope projects like API updates or partner integrations.
- Drive cross-service initiatives and shape technical direction.
Requirements
- Experience with backend development, preferably in Go and TypeScript/Node.js.
- Familiarity with service patterns like gRPC and REST.
- Knowledge of data processing with Postgres, Redis, and Kafka.
- Experience with AWS, containers, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
