Responsibilities
- Understand requirements and design software solutions based on client and product needs.
- Develop, modify, debug, test, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support software installation, deployment, monitoring, and release-plan adherence.
- Document solutions through specifications, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, reports, and other formal documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders on status, progress, quality risks, and delivery.
- Gather client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, and collect feedback to support timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education and training to remain current with programming practices and languages.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skills in Adobe Launch and Analytics.
- Ability to analyze requirements, study system flows and data usage, and convert client needs into feasible software designs.
- Experience with coding, software validation, debugging, troubleshooting, performance improvement, and software maintenance.
- Ability to collaborate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, status updates, and project specifications.
- Ability to support customer communication and maintain quality standards.
