$175k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and ship durable, fast, clean core product software across multiple stacks
- Design proactive AI agent orchestration layers for high-growth brands
- Prototype interaction patterns for human-agent collaboration
- Raise engineering craft standards and uphold quality
- Support recruiting and use the platform and apps through daily dogfooding
- Own projects from prototype through production while collaborating with the CEO, design, stakeholders, and merchants
Requirements
- At least 5 years of engineering and product experience
- Demonstrated skills across frontend, backend, and database layers
- A GitHub profile with substantial activity
