Responsibilities
- Architect and ship durable, fast, and clean core product experiences across multiple stacks
- Design proactive AI agent orchestration layers used by high-growth brands
- Prototype interaction patterns for human-agent collaboration
- Raise engineering standards, support recruiting, and maintain quality
- Use Tapcart's platform and applications daily to identify and deliver improvements
- Own work from prototype through production while collaborating with the CEO, design, stakeholders, and merchants
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering and product work
- Demonstrated skills across frontend, backend, and database layers
- A GitHub profile showing consistent activity
