Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and requirements and present technical solutions using Tencent Cloud products.
- Drive adoption of Tencent Cloud security and performance products across business opportunities.
- Lead proof-of-concept projects, implementations, and initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and product value.
- Train and enable internal business teams and external partners on Tencent Cloud products and best practices.
- Monitor and lead efforts to resolve customer issues involving Tencent Cloud security and performance products.
- Coordinate international customer initiatives and organization-level programs across technical teams and geographic locations.
- Clarify requirements, build partner relationships, identify and mitigate cross-team risks, and support business objectives.
- Work with engineering teams to implement tools supporting team and business processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, another related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing information technology role, preferably as a Solution Engineer, Solution Architect, Product Specialist, or Technical Project Manager.
- Familiarity with cloud security, content delivery technology, security event management, compliance, and site performance.
- Knowledge of project management concepts and techniques.
- Knowledge of implementation concepts involving web development, IT systems, or security practices.
- Reasonably deep knowledge of internet operation and network protocols including IP, DNS, routing, HTTP, and TCP.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
