Responsibilities
- Own customer deployments at offices across the San Francisco Bay Area, including Cupertino and Santa Clara.
- Develop features for customer-specific workflows and port cloud-product features to on-premises environments.
- Manage, maintain, and debug cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OpenShift.
- Partner with customers to develop new platform features.
- Travel primarily within California and learn the fundamentals of hardware development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in backend engineering, full-stack development, or infrastructure/DevOps; internships and teaching assistantships do not count.
- Experience with agent development and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Strong systems design and debugging instincts.
- Comfort with Docker, cloud infrastructure, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Willingness to travel, mostly in California.
- Preferred qualifications include enterprise or air-gapped on-premises deployment experience, field or solutions engineering experience, and experience in EDA, semiconductor, or hardware-adjacent software environments.
