Responsibilities
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems in coordination with Technology teams.
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, define system enhancements, and deploy products and process improvements.
- Analyze complex business and system processes, identify high-impact issues, and develop innovative solutions.
- Design applications in accordance with architecture standards and develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards.
- Develop expertise across business architecture and infrastructure integrations.
- Advise or coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as necessary.
- Assess and manage operational and regulatory risks while safeguarding company, client, and firm assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
- At least four years of relevant experience is explicitly required, with 6–10 years of relevant applications development or systems analysis experience recommended.
- Extensive experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Strong experience with Java and Python, including Java 21/25 programming.
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, including at least six years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of .NET Core 8/10 and ASP.NET.
- Experience with application design, RESTful APIs, Kafka, JWT, and microservices.
- At least seven years of SQL development experience and strong knowledge of SQL statements, stored procedures, and views.
- At least five years of SSIS experience.
- Experience with JIRA, Bitbucket, GitHub, Docker, Jenkins, Harness, Tekton, Octopus, RLM, and ROD.
- Expertise with xUnit and Postman.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of applications development.
