Base Salary
$126k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead application systems analysis, programming, architecture, and full-stack software development.
- Design, develop, implement, and integrate Generative AI models and AI-powered applications.
- Develop frameworks, designs, data models, architecture diagrams, and related documentation.
- Coach and mentor the team, remove impediments, and act as a liaison between the development manager and scrum team.
- Manage stakeholders, develop roadmaps and release milestones, and remain accountable for delivery and sprint commitments.
- Review application designs, implementations, test plans, and test cases for quality and coverage.
- Ensure engineering, DevOps, SRE, security, performance, and stability standards are followed.
- Own release execution and serve as the L3 production incident contact, including root-cause analysis and permanent remediation.
- Adjust team capacity while remaining hands-on in addressing development stories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience developing enterprise-scale applications.
- Expertise with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Angular or React, and Oracle or PostgreSQL.
- Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI models, LLMs, or other generative architectures.
- Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with Google ADK or similar Google AI/ML platforms and SDKs.
- Expertise with RESTful APIs, Kafka messaging, Elasticsearch, NoSQL databases, and caching solutions.
- Expertise in performance and stability optimization, troubleshooting, site reliability engineering, test-driven development, authentication, authorization, and security.
- Familiarity with AWS and migrating applications, services, and data to AWS.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, stakeholder management, mentoring, delivery accountability, and hands-on development.

- Base salary range of $125,760.00-$188,640.00.
