Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer-facing products using React for web and React Native for mobile.
- Implement end-to-end features spanning frontend UI, backend API integration, data management, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product designers to create intuitive, responsive experiences across web and mobile.
- Identify opportunities to reuse components and unify shared UI patterns and tooling.
- Maintain stability and high performance through testing, metrics, and monitoring.
- Contribute to backend endpoints needed to support frontend features.
- Advocate for scalable frontend architecture and clean, maintainable code.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience building full stack applications.
- Expertise in JavaScript or TypeScript with hands-on React and React Native experience.
- Familiarity with mobile-first design and web and mobile performance considerations.
- Experience integrating with backend services, APIs, and real-time data updates.
- Ability to work across frontend and backend boundaries to ship cohesive products.
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with product and design teams.
- Contributions to React or React Native open-source libraries are a plus.
- Experience in fintech or regulated systems with strict reliability expectations is a plus.
- Experience building consumer applications with rapid release cadences is a plus.
- Thought leadership in frontend architecture and tooling is a plus.
