Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Power Apps Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Build, enhance, and support automated business processes and workflow solutions using Power Automate.
- Gather requirements from HR leaders and business stakeholders and translate them into scalable applications and workflows.
- Develop alerts, notifications, approval workflows, and process automation solutions.
- Support application lifecycle management, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Apply governance, security, scalability, and supportability standards to Power Platform solutions.
- Identify automation opportunities and support digital transformation initiatives with technical and business teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong expertise with Power Apps Canvas Apps, Power Apps Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate Cloud Flows, and Dataverse.
- Experience gathering business requirements and implementing approval workflows, business process automation, and enterprise productivity solutions.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform security, governance, and application lifecycle management.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Power BI report and dashboard development, Power Platform administration and environment management, governance framework implementation, HR process automation, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
