Base Salary
$185k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Truework platform used by major mortgage lenders
- Design, architect, implement, and launch impactful product features with engineering, product, design, customers, and other stakeholders
- Validate customer needs, build team alignment, and ship rapid MVPs
- Deliver performant, reliable, scalable, and secure software
- Instrument and deploy product experiments using data-driven methods
- Monitor, investigate, triage, and resolve production issues for team-owned services
- Lead projects and collaborate with sales and marketing on product launches and scaling
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/training
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript or similar languages/frameworks
- Experience developing RESTful APIs
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership from feature design through production release
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Customer-centric, collaborative, analytical, and quality-focused approach
