Senior Associate - Test Automation

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of test automation frameworks across multiple products and services.
- Define automation standards, patterns, and best practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Evaluate and introduce automation tools and frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain automated functional, regression, integration, performance, and non-functional tests.
- Integrate continuous testing into GitHub and CI/CD pipelines and manage cross-browser testing with BrowserStack.
- Perform root cause analysis, communicate testing risks and progress, and collaborate with development teams to prevent defects.
- Coach engineers and product team members on automation, TDD, and modern testing practices.
- Act as a test automation subject-matter expert and support occasional out-of-hours releases or business-critical delivery activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in test automation and QA engineering roles.
- Strong expertise with Cypress Cloud, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Reqnroll, BrowserStack, GitHub, CI/CD automation, Monorepo structures, and test orchestration.
- Strong understanding of test automation strategies, frameworks, methodologies, and patterns.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and working in Agile Scrum delivery environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
