Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a shared repository of reusable generative AI components and templates.
- Support delivery teams with repository onboarding, adoption, integration, troubleshooting, and technical guidance.
- Guide teams on retrieval-augmented generation and agent-based AI architectures.
- Research and prototype emerging generative AI techniques, frameworks, and Azure services.
- Drive upgrades and migrations of core libraries and templates such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Define and promote testing, code quality, style, automation, and pull request review practices.
- Collaborate with data scientists, Cloud, DevSecOps, enterprise architecture, and vendors to maintain technical alignment.
- Communicate relevant generative AI advances, learnings, and recommendations across the organization.
Requirements
- Expertise in machine learning and generative AI.
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation and agent-based systems.
- Experience developing and maintaining reusable software components, templates, or shared repositories.
- Hands-on ability to support data scientists and delivery teams with technical implementation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, and Azure-based solutions.
- Ability to apply software engineering best practices including testing, code quality, style, automation, and code review.
- Ability to research emerging techniques and translate them into practical, scalable building blocks.
- Ability to collaborate across data science, cloud, DevSecOps, architecture, and vendor teams.
