Responsibilities
- Develop automated unit and integration tests that verify correct operation of critical software and interfaces.
- Analyze existing C and C++ product code and develop software to test it.
- Maintain automated build scripts and manage continuous integration processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve failing tests.
- Build deep knowledge of the product, functional safety standards, and the automated test system.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and system testing teams to verify functional safety features.
- Participate in design and code reviews and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in test systems, hardware troubleshooting, or automation environments.
- Strong knowledge of C and C++ with the ability to analyze existing code.
- High attention to detail and commitment to reliable, rigorous testing practices.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly in a distributed team.
- Preferred experience with real-time or embedded systems, automated test frameworks, CI/CD integration, and Git.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and a proactive, self-starting approach.
