Responsibilities
- Develop scalable software features and products from the ground up with the engineering team
- Participate in key decisions and design and development discussions alongside company founders and engineers
- Solve complex problems with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment
- Engage healthcare professionals to tailor software solutions to real-world needs
- Build software that complies with HIPAA and other security standards
- Contribute across development, testing, rapid deployment, and occasional support
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of industry experience with demonstrated impact at a major technology company or high-growth startup
- Strong engineering fundamentals and experience designing, building, and scaling production-grade applications or systems
- Ability to contribute across design, development, testing, and occasional support
- Comfort with rapid iteration, experimentation, ambiguity, and learning from failure
