Responsibilities
- Design, implement, operate, and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure, and Microsoft Security services.
- Implement and maintain cloud security controls aligned with NIST and FedRAMP requirements.
- Administer and secure identity services using Microsoft Entra ID and related technologies.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 collaboration services like Exchange Online and Teams.
- Provide Azure infrastructure and application support, including troubleshooting and hybrid integrations.
- Configure and manage Microsoft security platforms for threat protection and incident response.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Support audits and compliance reviews to improve security posture.
- Implement automated reporting solutions using Power BI.
- Develop incident response and disaster recovery playbooks.
- Serve as a senior technical advisor for architecture reviews and complex issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft cloud environments.
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior engineering or technical leadership role.
- Experience with Microsoft cloud services in large enterprise environments.
- Experience with cloud security architectures aligned with NIST and FedRAMP.
- Advanced experience with hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience managing devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Advanced knowledge of identity and access management technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and related security technologies.
- Proficiency in PowerShell automation and Microsoft Graph administration.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Current Microsoft certifications in relevant areas.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required government background investigation.
