Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical presales and solution delivery for strategic customers.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior customer stakeholders.
- Lead complex ML/AI infrastructure and MLOps architectures.
- Design, validate, and document reference architectures and best-practice deployment patterns.
- Drive advanced PoCs, workshops, and executive-level presentations.
- Build trusted relationships with customers across various sectors.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
- Act as a single point of technical authority for key customer scenarios.
- Support strategic marketing initiatives and technical thought leadership.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to other Solutions Architects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical roles with customer-facing responsibilities.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and GPU-accelerated computing.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure and MLOps platforms.
- Experience designing and delivering complex enterprise architectures.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical discovery sessions and architecture workshops.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success organizations.
- Strong experience working with enterprise customers across the Gulf Cooperation Council.
- Strong understanding of the regional technology ecosystem and procurement processes.
- Native or fluent Arabic and professional English are required.
