Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical presales and solution delivery for strategic and enterprise customers across the Middle East.
- Advise CTOs, ML leaders, platform engineering teams, and AI infrastructure organizations on complex technical solutions.
- Lead ML/AI infrastructure and MLOps architectures for large-scale GPU-accelerated training and inference workloads.
- Design, validate, and document reference architectures, Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, and deployment patterns using Nebius AI Cloud.
- Lead proof-of-concepts, workshops, architecture reviews, and executive presentations.
- Build customer relationships across government, enterprise, AI-native, and digital-native organizations throughout the Gulf region.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success to represent customer needs and influence product direction.
- Support regional conferences, hackathons, webinars, customer case studies, and technical thought leadership.
- Mentor other Solutions Architects and provide technical leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Systems Architect, ML Platform Engineer, or similar, including significant customer-facing work.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, networking, storage, Kubernetes, containers, and GPU-accelerated computing.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, MLOps platforms, model training, inference, and large-scale GPU environments.
- Experience designing and delivering complex enterprise architectures for strategic customers.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, technical discovery, workshop, and proof-of-concept leadership skills.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success organizations.
- Strong experience with enterprise customers across the GCC, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
- Strong understanding of the Gulf region’s technology ecosystem, procurement processes, and customer landscape.
- Native or fluent Arabic and professional English are required.
- Ability to travel across the Middle East as required.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with hyperscale cloud providers or AI infrastructure companies, sovereign cloud or regulated-industry customers, modern AI frameworks, distributed training technologies, open-source AI tooling, public speaking, and regional technology relationships.
