Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Use Workday Studio to develop scalable enterprise software solutions and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize software applications for performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions for knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Participate in team discussions and independently provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide and support junior team members.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across software projects.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Workday Studio.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Experience debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software applications.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration techniques and tools.
- Workday Procurement experience is preferred.
