Responsibilities
- Build runtime software for secure communication and traffic control for AI-agent systems.
- Develop network-facing components like application proxies and secure communication libraries.
- Implement and enhance HTTP, TLS, and performance-sensitive runtime logic.
- Collaborate with engineers to connect runtime systems with authentication and authorization workflows.
- Improve runtime reliability and observability in production environments.
- Define secure runtime controls for AI-agent systems across various execution environments.
- Support production incidents and enhance the safety of runtime systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Go; familiarity with Python, Rust, or C/C++ is a plus.
- Deep understanding of networking fundamentals including HTTP, TLS, and service communication.
- Experience building network-facing or security-sensitive systems.
- Proficiency with Linux systems, containers, and Kubernetes networking.
- Good understanding of observability, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Experience with cloud security and policy engines is advantageous.
