Base Salary
$230k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive architecture and technical direction across product engineering.
- Provide senior technical leadership on high-stakes projects.
- Collaborate with engineering managers and product leadership to shape roadmap priorities.
- Raise the craft across the organization through design reviews and mentorship.
- Stay hands-on in production systems, owning outcomes end-to-end.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex systems at scale.
- A track record of influencing technical practices across entire engineering organizations.
- Comfortable operating without a fixed scope and thriving in ambiguity.
- Strong collaboration skills across teams and levels of seniority.
- Actively incorporates AI tools into day-to-day workflows.
