Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Drive and manage new customer implementations from start to finish.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for new customers.
- Guide government leaders through the implementation process.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer workflows.
- Become an expert in governmental processes across multiple states.
- Facilitate a consistent customer experience with the engagement team.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback for product improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software implementation consulting or similar roles.
- Knowledge of analyzing and reporting large volumes of financial and operational data.
- Ability to provide clear and effective phone support to customers.
- Strong skills in conceptualization, modeling, and design.
- Proficient in Excel, including functions like v-lookup and pivot tables.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on process improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
