Responsibilities

Design and develop GenAI proof-of-concepts and demonstrate solutions to internal customers on tight schedules.
Build GenAI agents using no-code, low-code, and SDK-based approaches to automate business processes.
Take GenAI and agentic AI solutions from concept through proof-of-value and help scale successful solutions to production.
Document development work, including testing and validation procedures and plans.
Embed and integrate Copilot agents into business platforms such as Workday and Microsoft Teams.
Manage small to medium-sized projects with minimal supervision and apply Agile methodology.
Support the AI Center of Excellence’s user engagement and AI Toolkit adoption initiatives.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in AI, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience developing and deploying agentic solutions to production.
Hands-on experience developing solutions with no-code and low-code platforms and SDKs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Azure GenAI platforms, including Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio, as well as Power Platform.
Experience applying advanced AI concepts such as MCP servers for connecting AI agents to tools.
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred experience automating complex processes with GenAI agents using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and other low-code/no-code platforms.
Preferred advanced programming experience with Python and SQL.
Preferred hands-on experience with Snowflake, Azure Fabric (OneLake), or PostgreSQL.
Preferred experience building SharePoint sites and automation workflows with Power Automate.
