Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, process documents, and workflows to support technical solution design.
- Develop, configure, maintain, and enhance automation workflows using UiPath.
- Build automations across desktop applications, web applications, Excel files, databases, office documents, APIs, and Citrix environments.
- Monitor bot execution, troubleshoot runtime issues, analyze logs, and resolve or escalate production defects.
- Improve error handling, logging, retry mechanisms, notifications, bot schedules, reliability, maintainability, and efficiency.
- Support robot deployment, change management, release processes, and updates required by business or system changes.
- Create and execute unit, scenario-based, integration, regression, QA, and user acceptance tests.
- Prepare technical design documents, workflow documentation, release notes, test evidence, and maintenance documentation.
- Investigate automation failures involving application changes, selectors, credentials, data, and environments.
- Communicate progress, risks, issues, and blockers while collaborating with business users, Operations, IT, project leads, developers, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on UiPath automation development experience.
- Experience with Excel, website, database, and RESTful API automations, as well as UiPath ReFramework.
- Ability to understand process design documents, solution design documents, business workflows, and workflow diagrams.
- Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Exposure to UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, and Action Center is preferred.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders in written and spoken English and in global or multicultural environments.
- Knowledge of API automation, database automation, Citrix automation, SDLC activities, Waterfall, and Agile development practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively, and provide customer-oriented support.
