Responsibilities
- Design and implement Master Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM Hub.
- Configure data models, match and merge rules, hierarchies, survivorship rules, and customer and product data domains.
- Develop and maintain data integration workflows using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or CDI.
- Implement data quality rules and validation processes and troubleshoot production MDM and data quality issues.
- Collaborate with business, data governance, and stewardship teams on golden records, data standards, lineage, metadata, and audit compliance.
- Integrate MDM solutions with upstream and downstream systems and support API-based data exchange.
- Participate in Agile development, code reviews, testing, source control, and CI/CD practices while following development and security standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience implementing MDM solutions, with a strong focus on Informatica MDM.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub, preferably in customer or product domains.
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or CDI for data integration.
- Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, master data concepts, data modeling, and relational databases.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and proficiency with Git, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, or Azure; API-based integrations and microservices architecture; banking or financial services data; and Informatica MDM certifications.
