Base Salary
$62k - $80k/yr
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, coordinate, develop, install, integrate, and operate computer-based systems, including mobile applications.
- Assess, test, troubleshoot, document, upgrade, and develop maintenance procedures for operating systems, communications environments, and application software.
- Develop software, integrated information systems, process-control software, and embedded software control systems.
- Coordinate with third parties to integrate software and transfer information as required.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and service related infrastructure and systems.
- Plan and deliver software and operating-system upgrades.
- Develop and maintain Methods of Procedure for system upgrades and implementations.
- Collaborate with Systems Analysts, Project Managers, Sales, and Engineering resources to design IT infrastructure supporting physical-security and audio-visual solutions.
- Travel to job sites, work a flexible schedule, and participate in occasional on-call support.
Requirements
- Requires 3–5 years of progressive Information Technology experience designing, deploying, and supporting complex systems.
- Requires experience with Python and C# programming.
- Requires clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present technical data and analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
- Requires organizational, analytical, problem-solving, independent-work, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Requires comfort working remotely and participating in remote teams.
- Preferred experience includes CCTV, access control, intrusion, commercial audio-visual systems, programmable logic controllers, and networking.
- Bilingual French/English is an asset.
