Base Salary

$109k - $152k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance compilers, command-line utilities, runtime libraries, and developer tooling.
  • Build solutions that support high-performance, reliable, and secure embedded applications.
  • Investigate and resolve complex problems across low-level system components and developer-facing tools.
  • Collaborate on product requirements, architecture, and long-term technical strategy.
  • Participate in design and code reviews and contribute to technical excellence.
  • Expand expertise in compiler technologies, operating systems, embedded development, and software engineering practices.

Requirements

  • Strong software development experience in C and/or C++.
  • Understanding of embedded software development concepts and real-time operating systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for challenging technical issues.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills, including participation in technical and architecture discussions.
  • Experience with compilers, toolchains, or language runtimes is preferred.
  • Interest or experience in programming language implementation, code generation, optimization, or compiler internals is preferred.
  • Background in systems programming, including operating systems, debuggers, profilers, interpreters, linkers, or performance analysis tools, is preferred.
  • Experience with Linux and/or Windows development environments is preferred.
