Base Salary
$109k - $152k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance compilers, command-line utilities, runtime libraries, and developer tooling.
- Build solutions for high-performance, reliable, and secure embedded applications.
- Investigate and solve technical problems across low-level system components and developer-facing tools.
- Collaborate on product requirements, architecture, and long-term technical strategy.
- Participate in design and code reviews and contribute to technical excellence.
- Develop expertise in compiler technologies, operating systems, embedded development, and software engineering practices.
Requirements
- Strong software development experience in C and/or C++.
- Understanding of embedded software development concepts and real-time operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for challenging technical issues.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in technical and architecture discussions.
- Experience developing, maintaining, or optimizing compilers, toolchains, or language runtimes is preferred.
- Interest in programming language implementation, code generation, optimization, or compiler internals is preferred.
- Experience with Linux or Windows development environments is preferred.
- Background in systems programming, including operating systems, debuggers, profilers, interpreters, linkers, or performance analysis tools, is preferred.
