Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain systems for core product areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine feature specifications.
- Write technical design documents and high-quality code.
- Operate large-scale systems in production.
- Review designs and code from other engineers.
- Provide technical mentorship to team members.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Highly skilled in at least one modern programming language.
- Experience designing and operating distributed systems in a cloud environment.
- Familiarity with OLTP and OLAP databases, including schema design and performance.
- Experience with high volume data processing and storage systems.
- Proficient in using Linux operating systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to learn continuously and adapt to a high growth environment.
- BA or BS Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
