Base Salary
$165k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Understand client business and industry problems and develop transformation roadmaps.
- Design and implement end-to-end technology solutions addressing process, technology, analytics, and AI needs.
- Lead solution architecture design and implementation efforts and collaborate with stakeholders on technical solutions.
- Define architectural standards, principles, guidelines, and best practices.
- Evaluate technologies and tools, conduct architecture reviews, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure architecture designs meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability requirements.
- Develop market-facing collateral, thought leadership, public forum presentations, and technology strategy for deals.
- Build technology-driven BPM solutions and partner with technology vendors to launch service offerings.
- Own win rates, value monetization, NPS, market development, and client business impact.
- Manage and mentor people, including junior architects and development teams.
- Support domestic and global strategy execution and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Information Systems or Software Engineering.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification.
- TOGAF 9 certification.
- Experience with solution architecture, business process management, client relations, commercial modeling, risk management, design thinking, and change management.
- People leadership, executive presence, storytelling, collaboration, and commercial excellence skills.
- Proficiency in English at C2 level.
