Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, development, and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce development standards, coding practices, and software quality processes.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems affecting multiple teams and projects.
- Coordinate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns for custom software development.
- Experience setting and enforcing coding standards for maintainable and scalable software.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple projects.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and software quality assurance processes.
