Responsibilities
- Support the development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions and products.
- Prepare and maintain data sources, knowledge bases, context foundations, and RAG pipelines with central and local data teams.
- Implement and test prompts, context strategies, and techniques to improve AI application performance and reliability.
- Help translate business and operational challenges into practical AI use cases and workflows.
- Research AI models, tools, and frameworks and share relevant findings with the team.
- Contribute to the development and testing of AI agents and orchestration workflows.
- Document AI solutions, methodologies, prompts, experiments, and learnings for knowledge sharing and reuse.
- Identify issues in AI solutions and implement improvements based on feedback and performance.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience in software engineering, data science, data engineering, AI, or a related technical field; relevant internships or academic projects are valued.
- Basic-to-intermediate programming skills in at least one modern programming language, with Python preferred.
- Familiarity with Git and basic software engineering practices.
- Hands-on exposure to LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, or generative AI through professional, academic, or personal projects.
- Basic understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation and its use in connecting AI models with external data.
- Understanding of data quality, data structures, semantics, and governance.
- Awareness of LLMs, multimodal models, AI agents, and emerging AI tools and frameworks.
- Exposure to knowledge graphs, ontologies, semantic data models, or orchestration frameworks is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, collaborative working ability, willingness to learn, and clear technical communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages and experience in international, consulting, or scale-up environments are a plus.
