Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce functionality across the full development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot bugs and production issues involving integrations and automation flows.
- Manage user roles and permissions to support platform security and compliance.
- Create and enhance automations that reduce manual processes.
- Monitor integration performance and system data accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify improvements and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Produce documentation, provide user support and training, and deliver maintainable code meeting internal quality standards and SLAs.
Requirements
- At least two years of Salesforce development experience, or a relevant computer science qualification with at least one year of hands-on experience.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java or Java frameworks.
- Experience with APIs and web services.
- Ability to independently deliver full processes, components, or major platform features.
- Ability to identify and debug cross-system issues and evaluate design choices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is advantageous.
- Additional Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or App Builder are a bonus.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to technical architecture decisions.
- An active learning record through Trailhead or similar platforms is preferred.
